What to write to us about
- A correction. A fare, opening hour, pier or route that no longer matches what you found. Send the page and, if you have it, a link to the official source.
- A gap. A question a guide should answer and does not. These shape the next revision more than anything else we receive.
- Operator information. If you run a boat, a cellar or a venue covered here and a detail is wrong, send the official page that shows the correct figure.
- Media and research. Questions about our method, sourcing, or the Porto boat tour market.
- Photo credits. If you hold rights to an image used here, see the photo credits page and write to us.
What we cannot do
We also cannot hold seats, guarantee availability on a given date, or negotiate a group rate. For those, contact the operator directly. Each review page lists an official website when the company publishes one.

Written enquiries only. There is no phone line and no ticket desk, because we sell nothing. Messages in English and Portuguese are answered fastest; French, German, Spanish and Polish are fine too and may take a day longer.
Questions travellers ask
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Contact the platform or operator that charged you. Their confirmation email has the reference and the support link. porto.boats has no access to reservations.
How long does a reply take?
Two to three working days for most messages. Corrections to fares, hours or meeting points are handled first.
Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No. We publish no sponsored content and sell no links.
